Job summary

Kodland is seeking remote tutors to deliver engaging lessons on programming, game development, and design to children aged 5–17. You will use ready-made scripts and materials, learn from mentors, and help track student progress with regular reports.

No teaching experience is required, but you will complete a digital skills test after applying. Remote work requires your own laptop, stable internet, and a quiet space. Flexible collaboration options include B2B contracts.

Kodland is a digital platform connecting tutors and children aged 5 to 17, teaching game development (Unity/Roblox), programming (Scratch/Python), web development (Javascript, HTML, CSS), digital design (Blender/Photoshop), and Minecraft. Kodland's goal is to prepare children for the future. We help them acquire skills that set them up to succeed in their careers and develop their interests. Position description

• Delivering engaging and fun lessons based on the programmes and materials provided by us.
• Developing teaching skills with the support of Kodland mentors.
• Sharing feedback on lessons and materials with the team.
• Providing regular and detailed reports on student progress and improving the learning process and children's engagement.
• Representing Kodland in a positive, influential, and friendly manner.
• Implementing creative ideas to support students.

Requirements

• You have experience in programming or design.
• You are ready to learn Roblox or Scratch with us.
• Important: This is a remote position, so you will need your own laptop, a stable internet connection, and a quiet place to work.
• No teaching experience is required, however to be invited for an interview you must complete a digital skills test (which will be sent after applying).
• We offer a B2B contract with the possibility of working as an unregistered sole trader; other available options also include cooperation with the TwójStartup incubator.
