Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic 3D principles (polygon modelling, topology, perspective, rendering, materials).
• Experience with Blender for creating and editing three-dimensional graphics; familiarity with Blender workflow.
• Background in design for harmonious environments is a plus.
• Willingness to teach and communicate with children aged 11+ during lessons.
• No teaching experience required, but you must complete a digital skills test after applying.

Responsibilities

• Delivering fun and engaging lessons based on provided scripts and materials.

Kodland is a digital platform connecting tutors and children aged 5 to 17, teaching game development (Unity/Roblox/Minecraft), programming (Scratch/Python), web development (Javascript, HTML, CSS), digital design (Blender/Photoshop). Kodland 's goal is to prepare children for the future. We help them acquire skills that set them up to succeed in their careers and develop their interests. Who are we looking for?

An Online Tutor who would be responsible for:

• Delivering fun and engaging lessons based on the provided scripts and materials
• Improving their teaching skills with the help of experienced Kodland mentors
• Communicating any feedback regarding lessons and class content to the office team
• Providing regular and detailed reports on student progress, and tracking and improving class engagement and the learning experience
• Being a positive, influential, and open ambassador for Kodland
• Implementing creative ideas to stimulate and support our students

Requirements

• Knowledge of basic 3D principles (polygon modelling, topology, perspective, rendering, materials, collections)
• Ability to work in software used for creating and editing three-dimensional graphics (Blender, 3Ds MAX, Autodesk Maya, etc.). The course is taught using Blender.
• A background in design for creating harmonious, meaningful, and expressive object-spatial environments will be considered an additional advantage
• Willingness to communicate and have fun during lessons with children aged 11+
• No teaching experience is required, but to be invited for an interview you must complete a digital skills test (which will be sent to you after submitting your application). You will need to demonstrate an understanding of digital design such as animation, illustration, 3D objects, working in Blender and Figma, etc.

Important:
