Job summary

Mondelez International in MEU region is seeking a Senior Project Portfolio Manager to lead a strategic portfolio of programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, timelines, quality and readiness, and mentor project managers across functions to build organizational capability.

The role requires evident leadership, strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills to drive cost-effective, high-impact project delivery across multiple markets.

• 5+ years in project management leadership roles in large complex projects

You are responsible for the assessment, tracking and reporting of the portfolio as well as for the further development of our project and project portfolio management approach. If you meet the mentioned requirements the entry gross-salary for this position will be EUR 84.000,- per year, split up in 14 pays for full-time.
