Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic and self‑driven ServiceNow Platform Owner to lead the evolution of our ServiceNow platform. This high‑impact leadership role involves owning the strategy, governance, and performance of the ServiceNow environment, leading a talented team, and working cross‑functionally to align platform capabilities with business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the administration, development, and expansion of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Build and manage a high‑performing technical team (admins, architects, developers, analysts).
  • Define and execute the platform roadmap to support scalability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and prioritise business requirements and translate them into effective platform solutions.
  • Establish governance and best practices for ServiceNow usage across the enterprise.
  • Oversee implementation and support of key modules: ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and others.
  • Monitor platform performance and ensure high availability and compliance.
  • Drive automation, optimisation, and user‑centric innovation.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven track record managing enterprise‑level ServiceNow platforms.
  • Deep expertise in ITSM and related modules.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross‑functional teams.
  • Fluency in ServiceNow architecture, development, and integrations.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred; other certifications (ITIL, PMP) a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into platform solutions.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
