Job Summary

The Manager, Club will be responsible for leading and growing relationships with key Club accounts while helping to shape and execute account-specific growth strategies. In this role, the Manager, Club will build and manage sales forecasts, develop customer-specific promotional plans, manage broker partnerships, and implement multi-year sales strategies while identifying growth opportunities across the Club channel. This role will also provide additional support on Costco U.S. initiatives in partnership with the Director, Club.

The Manager, Club will be a vital member of the Unreal Field Sales team and report directly to the Director, Club. This position is remote, with travel expectations of approximately 25% for in-person customer meetings, internal Sales team meetings, and company offsite events.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and grow relationships with key Club accounts—including, but not limited to, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, and Costco Canada—while helping to shape and execute account-specific growth strategies.
  • Build and manage sales forecasts to guide production, inventory, and promotional planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Innovation teams to ensure seamless execution from new item development to promotional programs.
  • Develop and manage customer-specific promotional plans, ensuring alignment with approved trade budgets.
  • Manage broker partners to deliver against sales goals and ensure alignment with company strategy.
  • Develop and implement multi-year sales and strategy plans for the Club channel.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for growth in international Club markets.
  • Support the Director, Club with Costco U.S. initiatives as needed.
Who You Are
  • 3–5 years of account management experience in the Club channel, including direct work with Costco, Sam’s Club, and/or BJ’s; experience with multiple Club customers strongly preferred.
  • Skilled in creating and managing budgets for promotions, trade spend, and annual plans.
  • Experience developing and executing multi-year growth plans and customer strategies.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch and execute programs.
  • Direct experience overseeing broker partners.
  • Proficient in sales planning or demand-forecasting platforms (e.g., TPM, SAP, or similar), with ability to build, review, and adjust forecasts and promotional plans.
  • Experienced in using syndicated data sources such as SPINS, IRI, or Nielsen to analyze category trends, assess promotional performance, and inform strategy.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Costco International and/or bilingual/international packaging processes is a plus.

While Unreal's culture is remote-first, our team highly values occasional in-person collaboration. As a result, Unreal team members get together for departmental and company-wide events a few times per year. Employees at Unreal are expected to attend apart from extenuating circumstances.

Compensation The base compensation range for this position is between $120K - $130K annually. This position is also eligible for a 15% bonus. The salary range listed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. Individual compensation is determined by additional factors, including role-related experience and relevant education and certifications. Bonus payout is pro-rated to start date. Employees must be employed by September 30 of the calendar year to be eligible for bonus for that calendar year.
