Could you be the full-time onsite Maintenance Technical Support Engineer in Katowice, PL we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and use your experience as a system engineer in the Helpdesk team. You will report to Jacek (Engineering Domain/Metrier Group Manager in Katowice) and work with passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

You’ll be the person the team turns to for momentum and to push installation projects forward. No two days are the same, but day-to-day, you’ll manage costing schedules, enable those around you to excel, and much more.

We’ll look to you for
  • Managing service requests to fix the problem
  • Delegating requests to other departments
  • Suggesting improvements and solutions to avoid similar problems
  • Providing training in the use of systems, applications and programs
  • Conducting diagnostic, maintenance and repair processes
  • Cooperation in the pmplementation of new solutions to optimize maintenance process
  • Cooperation with other departments of the Company in the field of maintenance railway systems
  • Ongoing technical support for users in solving system and application problems
