Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher company, seeks a Maintenance Excellence Owner to lead preventive and predictive maintenance across GMP sites in Stargard, Poland. You will ensure equipment, utilities, and facilities run reliably, driving excellence, compliance, and improvement with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and EHS partners.

You will report to the Director of Manufacturing Science and Engineering as part of Global Manufacturing Engineering in an onsite role in Stargard, Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years in maintenance/engineering/operations in GMP life sciences.
• 5+ years leading multi-site or large maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, reliability, and CMMS/EAM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead TPM strategy, governance, and maintenance program execution.
• Drive best practices sharing and standardized maintenance across sites.
• Sponsor TPM pillars and continuous improvement culture.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, risk, and asset management.
