Job summary

On The Spot Development is building a local Polish IT team to support a US‑based B2B technology company. The role is an IT Systems Administrator for day‑to‑day operations, with a 6‑month project scope and potential extension.

The candidate will work closely with the US team, with hours overlapping until 10:00 PM Warsaw time. Responsibilities include macOS device management, SaaS onboarding/offboarding, Google Workspace and Slack administration, and collaboration on M365 security implementations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with macOS and endpoint management (MDM/ABM).
• Proficiency administering Google Workspace and Slack environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, including DLP, sensitivity labeling, and retention policies.
• Strong English for cross‑functional collaboration with US team.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for quick issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Mac/macOS devices using MDM solutions and ABM.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding and access provisioning for primary SaaS tools.
• Oversee daily administration of Google Workspace, Slack, and other cloud apps.
• Serve as the primary contact for hardware, software, and access issues.
• Support integration efforts with Microsoft 365 tools and security policies.
