Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an M&A Senior Consultant for Cloud and Infrastructure solutions to support complex transformations and large-scale divestitures. You will shape solutions, guide execution, and ensure alignment of technology, business processes, and operating models with client strategic objectives.

You’ll join a leading M&A advisory team, coordinate infrastructure projects, work with C-level stakeholders, and apply AI-driven approaches to accelerate analysis and delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding and practical experience of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of data center strategies and hybrid cloud environments.
• Familiarity with infrastructure migration approaches (e.g. lift-and-shift, re-build, exit).
• 6+ years of experience in IT project management, IT infrastructure and IT consulting roles.
• Ability to travel and work across the EU (up to 20% annually).
• Excellent written and verbal command of English; German or other European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end technology workstreams in strategic transformations or M&A transactions.
• Contribute to technology strategy and architecture discussions, including system separation and integration.
• Coordinate complex infrastructure projects and manage relations with client stakeholders, including C-level.
• Develop high-quality client deliverables (presentations, assessments, business cases) with an executive focus.
• Translate business needs into scalable, technology-enabled solutions across cloud and infrastructure domains.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, solution design, and delivery efficiency.
• Ramp up quickly on new areas using structured thinking and AI-assisted problem solving.
