Job summary

EY GDS Poland is hiring an IT Transformation Risk Consultant to join a high-performing, international team supporting ERP, cloud and digital transformation programs. You will embed as an independent risk advisor within initiatives, ensuring governance, controls and resilience are designed in from the start.

You’ll work with leadership, system integrators and client stakeholders to provide challenge, assurance and insights across the transformation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in technology risk, IT transformation, PMO or consulting.
• University degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Finance or related field.
• English working proficiency (B2 and above).
• Working proficiency (B2 and above) in French, German, Spanish, Dutch or Italian.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-implementation reviews covering governance, data migration, cutover, security architecture, access design, and readiness.
• Support development and maintenance of transformation risk registers and KRIs.
• Assess delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, SDLC) and evaluate governance.
• Conduct ERP and platform risk reviews across SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, Workday and cloud migrations.
• Support ERP GRC activities including SoD, role design, automated controls and test of design/effectiveness.
• Identify transformation risks and provide independent challenge and recommendations.
• Contribute to target-state IT risk management frameworks and operating models.
• Collaborate with IT, PMO, Finance and external partners for high-quality EY-standard deliverables.
