The Store Manager will manage HR processes with the support of the HR team, ensure exceptional customer service, and collaborate with district and corporate teams to optimize performance.

Formación

• Fluent English required.
• Strong numeric and KPI tracking abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data tools.

Responsabilidades

• Inspire and coach store team to deliver performance and accountability.
• Lead hiring, training and development of Jet Set Ambassadors.
• Manage store budgets and implement proactive business plans.
• Ensure brand standards and uniform image across store.
