Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail, ideally within a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with empathy, clarity, and respect for diverse working styles.
• Comfort with technology and a willingness to use digital tools to enhance customer experience.
• Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic retail setting.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with retail KPIs and Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Inspire, coach, and support the store team while partnering with the host store to build a culture of accountability and performance.
• Guide the team to prioritize inclusive, high-quality customer experiences that builds loyalty in store and through virtual Shopping.
• Ensure client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools and proactively manage client databases.
• Set and communicate clear sales goals and KPIs, ensuring all team members understand how they contribute to success.
• Promote a proactive approach to loss prevention and collaborate with store leadership on actions.
