Job summary

LVMH's Dior boutique in Warsaw is seeking retail talents who are passionate about fashion and delivering exceptional customer care. As a boutique ambassador, you will ensure service quality, present collections, and maintain Dior standards in dress and demeanor.

You will build lasting relationships with local and visiting clients, implement outreach campaigns, participate in training, and strive to achieve sales targets while upholding the Dior(In)Sight and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1. You have at least two years in retail or hospitality.
• 2. You show drive for business results with a passion for fashion and the Maison.
• 3. You communicate effectively to build lasting relationships.
• 4. You provide outstanding customer service in person and across channels.
• 5. You can adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• 6. You speak Polish and English; another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual Sales Target and contribute to store targets.
• Master Dior selling techniques and product range relevant to your department.
• Attend trainings to deepen product knowledge across categories.
• Maintain Dior standards in dress code and ambassador behavior.
• Apply security, cash, stock procedures and support visual merchandising guidelines.
• Provide excellent Care Services including follow-ups and after-sales support.
• Build relationships with customers through ongoing outreach and campaigns.
• Develop customer portfolio by implementing plans to maximize recruitment, retention and engagement.
• Aim for excellence in the Dior(In)Sight program (Net Promoter Score).
