Job summary

LVMH is seeking a Marketing professional to support Dior Beauty’s international strategy, with a strong emphasis on the Polish market. You will help execute local marketing plans, product launches, and trade activations while ensuring brand consistency and excellence in execution.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in marketing within beauty or luxury sectors, strong presentation skills, and fluency in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• 3 years of marketing experience in beauty, luxury, FMCG or retail is preferable.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills with confidence presenting to larger audiences.
• Fluent in Polish and English; ability to translate and write texts in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Manager in implementing Dior Beauty’s regional strategy with a focus on Poland.
• Execute local marketing plans, product launches, and trade activations.
• Conduct market and competitor research; monitor performance and opportunities.
• Coordinate merchandising and PR/community activation ideas; ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with PR, digital, sales, logistics, and training to meet marketing objectives.
• Develop marketing materials for key actions and events.
