A dynamic digital agency based in Poland seeks a Project Manager to oversee website development projects from specification to delivery. Responsibilities include managing domain purchase, overseeing content configuration, and ensuring SEO practices are followed. Candidates should have basic HTML knowledge, experience in image editing, and strong attention to detail. Full project management from the technical specification (name, reference link) to final delivery.
Domain purchase and DNS configuration (Cloudflare) — processes are automated, but oversight is required.
Working within the website builder: basic configuration; аdapting design from a donor site (selecting visuals, logos, icons); finding and selecting images; populating content using AI tools and manual HTML editing; filling in meta tags (SEO).
Site deployment (upload) and final testing.
Registering the site in Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools panels.
Is a confident PC and internet user. Understands what a domain, hosting, and SEO are.
Has a basic understanding of HTML (to edit AI-generated code).
Has minimal experience editing images (cropping, resizing).
Has an English level of at least B1 (for working with tools and reviewing AI-generated content).
Possesses extreme patience, meticulous attention to detail, and diligence. This is the foundation for success in this role.

Working with AI to generate high-quality, unique content. You need to be able to formulate prompts and refine the output.
