Siemens AG is seeking a Logistics / Order Handling Specialist (f/m/d) to join our international order management / logistics center. The role focuses on planning and implementing logistics processes for product launches and to build a shared services delivery model.

Fluent English and remote work options are highlighted, with opportunities to grow in an international setting. You will engage in defining logistics structures, master data in SAP/Zuora, and collaborating with multiple departments

Siemens Global Business Services is looking for Logistics / Order Handling Specialist (f/m/d) to join our international order management / logistics center in one of our businesses.

In this role, you'll take on the planning and implementation of logistical processes for product launches and contribute to building a shared services delivery model.

• Definition and customization of logistics structure for digital products and solutions
• Clarification and communication the planned and changed process
• Close cooperation with various internal departments
• Master Data definition in SAP and/or Zuora
• Actively proposing process improvements
• Support of regular KPI reporting and release activities
• Commercial / business-related education
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English
• Practical experience or background in Logistics / Supply Chain Management
• Hands-on experience in material planning / disposition, ideally combined with order management, inventory management and supplier coordination
• Good SAP knowledge
• Experience with Power BI / dashboards and reporting is a nice plus
• Professional communication skills, with the ability to manage different stakeholders and drive operational topics independently
• Proactive support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a structured way of working
• Affinity for AI, automation and process improvements - nice to have
• You're a team player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with different functions and interfaces
