Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar warehouse/ courier role.
• Strong delegation, planning and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Familiarity with Health, Safety and Fire Protection (BHP/PPOŻ) regulations.
• Category B driving license.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to make independent and fast decisions.
• High personal culture and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse operations on a daily basis and ensure timely execution of processes.
• Recruit and train warehouse workers.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures.
• Maintain and operate technical equipment correctly and timely.
• Ensure employee safety and adherence to BHP/PPOŻ regulations.
• Support the team in daily tasks.
• Collaborate with other departments daily.
