Job summary

Samsung SDS, the global IT and logistics arm of the Samsung Group, is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support acceptance, release, and registration of sample and marketing products. You will work with internal customers from sales/marketing and external warehouse partners, using SAP and various MS Office tools.

Responsibilities include registering goods, verifying received items, releasing products, daily warehouse coordination, and maintaining product movement records and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Advanced English (written and spoken) is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Registering products and issuing goods received documents for external deliveries.
• Receiving, verification and processing goods received from internal clients.
• Releasing goods based on accepted requests from users.
• Daily communication with warehouse and coordination of inbound/outbound processes.
• Maintaining documentation on product movements and KPIs.
