Job summary

OPmobility SE is seeking an Internal Logistics Excellence Manager (Central Europe) to drive lean improvements across manufacturing sites in Krakow or Lozorno. You will lead change, optimize material flows, and coach teams in continuous improvement.

The role requires a strong Lean background, data-driven mindset, and fluent English, with an international scope and travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain degree required.
• Strong Lean Manufacturing background.
• Experience in logistics, production, or operational excellence roles.
• Practical experience with process improvement projects.
• Workshop facilitation and change-management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actions.
• Project management experience.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Fluent English.
• International mindset and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Improve logistics processes and material flows across manufacturing sites.
• Lead workshops focused on waste elimination and operational efficiency.
• Analyze plant logistics performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support layout redesign and logistics organization projects.
• Evaluate automation opportunities and support implementation plans.
• Develop improvement roadmaps together with plant teams.
• Share Lean methodologies and best practices across the Supply Chain community.
• Support investment decisions through data and cost analysis.
• Contribute to Group standards and operational excellence initiatives.
• Coach teams in sustainable continuous improvement practices.
