Manage administrative activities including purchase requisition creation, document management and preparation of business correspondence. Support SAP master data maintenance and transaction processing activities, ensuring accurate creation and maintenance of system records. Prepare, analyze and distribute periodic reports, key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics. Provide administrative and operational support to the Logistics team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Maintain logistics databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and timely updates. Review import, export, warehousing and transportation documentation, identifying and escalating discrepancies when required. Extract, compile and maintain operational data from SAP, Oflow, Salesforce and other business systems to support reporting and analysis. Support inventory management activities, including cycle counts and physical inventory counts. Coordinate transportation-related administrative activities, including trucking arrangements, proof of collection management and shipment documentation follow-up.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal. Experience in an administrative, logistics, warehousing or supply chain support role is an advantage. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Strong commitment to accuracy, compliance and operational excellence. Ability to work successfully in an international business environment.
Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, transportation or supply chain operations. Experience working with SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision). Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
