Job summary

IFF is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our global operations in Warsaw, Poland. This onsite role supports end-to-end logistics activities across procurement, warehousing, and transportation while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in administrative, logistics, warehousing or supply chain support is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative activities including purchase requisition creation, document management and preparation of business correspondence.
• Support SAP master data maintenance and transaction processing activities, ensuring accurate creation and maintenance of system records.
• Prepare, analyze and distribute periodic reports, KPIs and operational metrics.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Logistics team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain logistics databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Review import, export, warehousing and transportation documentation and escalate discrepancies if required.
• Extract, compile and maintain operational data from SAP, Oflow, Salesforce and other systems to support reporting and analysis.
• Support inventory management activities, including cycle counts and physical counts.
• Coordinate transportation-related administrative activities and shipment documentation follow-up.
