Electrolux Group in Poland is seeking a Logistics Controller to drive financial operations within Logistics, including forecasts, reporting and variance analysis. You will partner with leaders to influence decisions and contribute to site efficiency improvements.

The role requires a degree in business/finance, 4–5 years in controlling, strong Excel/Power BI/SAP skills, and a proactive, analytical mindset. Hybrid work model with office and remote days is offered.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance.
• Around 4-5 years of experience with controlling/financial background.
• Excellent knowledge of MS tools: Excel, Power BI and SAP.
• Ability to work independently and effectively under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely & accurate financial planning, budgeting and forecasting with insights for decision-making.
• Report and analyze monthly results, explain variances vs budget/forecast/previous years.
• Partner with business leaders as trusted advisor to influence decisions.
• Provide recommendations to plants/sales/management on site efficiency improvements.
• Support automation, standardization, and continuous improvement of reporting.
• Ensure adherence to Group policies across the organization.

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated professional to join our CA East Central team as a Logistics Controller. In this role, you will drive key financial operations within Logistics, including the analysis of results and variances, as well as the preparation of forecasts. Your main objective will be to continuously develop and strengthen efficient controlling processes. If you bring strong communication skills, an analytical and strategic mindset and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment, this role could be a great fit for you. What You'll Do:

• Responsible for delivering timely & accurate financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, providing insights to support decision-making and performance management planning
• In charge of the reporting & analysis of the monthly results, explain variances actual vs budget/forecast/previous years
• Partners with business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor to influence decisions
• Partners with and provides recommendations to plants/sales and management on overall site efficiency improvements
• Actively support automation, standardization, and continuous improvement of reporting
• Ensure adherence to and promote Group policies across the organization

Who you are:

• University degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance
• Around 4-5 years of experience with controlling/financial background
• Excellent knowledge of MS tools: Excel, Power BI and SAP
• Ability to work independently and effectively under time pressure
• Analytical and proactive mindset, self-driven
• Ability to translate financial and operational data into business insights
• Very good communication at any level of organization
• Experience with automation, digital tools, or AI in finance is an advantage
• Knowledge of logistics will be considered an advantage
