Job summary

Revolut Ltd is seeking a Localisation Specialist (Translator) to bring French-language content to life across app, website, and communications. You’ll translate and localise materials with cultural nuance, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment for French-speaking users.

The role is remote with options across Europe, and you’ll collaborate with product, content, and brand teams to maintain a cohesive voice while meeting daily volume targets.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in French.
• Fluency in English.
• 1+ years of localisation/translation experience.
• Excellent writing, editorial, and reviewing skills.
• Experience writing creative and engaging content.
• Experience with copy and transcreation.
• Ability to quantify work with data.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration.
• Good self-organisation to meet tight deadlines.

We’re looking for a Localisation Specialist (Translator) to help us bring Revolut to French-speaking customers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our content isn't just translated, but truly localised and culturally relevant to the market.

What you'll be doing

• Copying HTML content
• Delivering high-quality copy adapted in your target language (transcription) for all types of content produced (app, website, emails, etc.)
• Ensuring daily volume expectations are met
• Adapting long-term strategic brand, tone, and vision to local markets, cultural differences, and perceptions
• Suggesting long-term strategic content projects
• Contributing to live translation updates, maintaining the brand's tone of voice and strategic messaging that aligns to wider company goals

What you'll need

• Fluency in French (native level)
• Fluency in English
• 1+ years of experience in localisation/translations, translating content in a similar field
• Excellent writing, editorial, and reviewing skills
• Experience writing creative and engaging content
• A joy for working in the intersection of copy and transcreation
• Expertise adapting to a specified tone of voice and with brand-led strategic messaging
• A data-driven approach and awareness of the importance of appropriately quantifying your work
• Team player abilities with experience collaborating across functions
• Great self-organisation skills to keep cool when working to tight deadlines

Compensation range

• Poland: PLN7,400 - PLN9,200 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
