Job summary

Qualifications

• CTM experience in clinical operations and managing country study delivery.
• Strong leadership and matrix management skills.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication; able to interact with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local country study team with cross-functional experts and vendor staff.
• Act as operational point-of-contact between central and country study teams.
• Ensure study delivery within time, budget and quality as per protocol and local regulations.
• Develop and monitor country study plans, budgets, milestones and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and maintain engagement with RA/ECs.
• Travel as required to oversee investigator meetings and site activities.
