Orange County Health Psychologists, Inc. seeks a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our private practice group. Full‑time or part‑time positions are available. Compensation ranges from $80 to $130 per session, variable based on insurance/payor. Full‑time clinicians are expected to see a minimum of 25 patient sessions per week, with higher income for those who see more. Each clinician is required to attend monthly in‑service training, participate in case consultation, and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited university

• For full‑time employees, commitment to see a minimum of 25 patients per week
• Flexibility with a hybrid delivery model requiring at least one day a week in the office
