Compensation

$80–$130 per session (variable rate based on insurance/payor). Full‑time compensation approx. $110,000 per year for master’s level clinicians; higher income for higher patient volumes.

Job Overview

Orange County Health Psychologists offers a collegial in‑person office setting with flexible telehealth. The practice has 60 clinicians, offices in Irvine, Newport Beach, Orange and San Francisco, and a holistic model focused on mind, body and spiritual health.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical therapy sessions to patients, seeing a minimum of 15 patients per week (or 25 for full‑time). Manage patient records, collaborate on case consultations, and participate in monthly in‑service training.

Requirements and Qualifications

• California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC (or licensed clinical psychologist)
• Master’s degree from an accredited university (or doctoral degree for psychologists)
• Minimum of 5+ years experience, including pre‑licensure internships
• No other private or group practice commitments
• Commitment to hybrid delivery model – at least one day per week in office
