Future Opening: Clinical Psychologist (Full or Part-Time)
Orange County Health Psychologists (OCHP) is a group practice of 60 clinicians offering integrated health psychology services in Irvine, Newport Beach, Orange, and San Francisco. We provide a hybrid work model with a minimum in‑office presence and telehealth options.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $88–$145 per session (hourly for part‑time). Full‑time base estimate $125,000–$135,000 for 25 sessions per week.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide evidence‑based clinical health psychology treatment to patients, including medical and wellness concerns.
- Attend 15–25 patient sessions per week (minimum 15 for part‑time). No competing private‑practice commitments.
- Participate in case consultation, in‑service training, and group practice meetings.
- Maintain a hybrid delivery model: at least one day in‑office (telehealth or in‑person).
- Assist with administrative tasks, referrals, and documentation as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
- California licensure as a clinical psychologist (or Post‑Doctoral Intern candidates).
- Doctoral degree from an APA‑accredited clinical or counseling psychology program.
- Preferred: experience in a health‑care setting or completion of a health‑psychology track.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience including pre‑doctoral internships.
- Commitment to a hybrid delivery model and a minimum of 15 patients per week.
- Evidence‑based, patient‑centered practice orientation.
- Professional growth mindset and adherence to high ethical standards.
