Our Polish entity operates as part of an international Group, working in close cooperation with the Group’s legal and management teams. We are looking for a Legal Specialist to join our team and strengthen the day-to-day legal support of our Polish operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Company in day-to-day legal tasks;
• Draft, review and keep up-to-date standard legal documents (e.g. NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts) in line with Group templates and internal policies;
• Support the contract lifecycle process and ensure proper documentation flow in accordance with internal procedures;
• Assist in routine corporate housekeeping matters of the Polish entity (resolutions, powers of attorney, maintaining corporate records, filings);
• Support HR and Finance teams with routine legal documentation within the assigned scope;
• Monitor changes in Polish law relevant to the Company’s operations and inform relevant stakeholders where appropriate;
• Assist with routine intellectual property documentation, including matters related to copyrights and IP transfer clauses.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of professional experience in a law firm or in-house legal role;
• Practical knowledge of Polish corporate, employment and intellectual property law;
• Experience drafting and reviewing commercial agreements;
• Strong command of English (written and spoken);
• Structured, detail-oriented and practical approach to legal work;
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, international environment.

Will Be a Plus

• Experience in an international group of companies;
• Experience in IT or software development businesses;
• Exposure to cross-border legal matters.
