Job summary

Pandora is seeking a commercially driven Manager, Leasing EE to develop and optimize Pandora’s store network across Central and Eastern Europe. You will negotiate leases, build partnerships with landlords, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support growth.

The role requires 5–10 years in retail leasing or real estate, fluent English and Polish, strong financial sense, and willingness to travel up to 50%. Hybrid work with a company car and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in retail leasing, commercial real estate, or retail network development.
• Fluent English and Polish communication skills (B2/C1 level or higher).
• Strong understanding of retail economics, ROI analysis and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Pandora’s retail network strategy across the EE region.
• Negotiate leases, renewals, and commercial terms with landlords.
• Maintain relationships with developers, landlords, and external partners.
• Support wholesale network development including openings, relocations, closures, and refits.
• Prepare investment cases and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
