Job summary

Engenious is seeking a Process Engineer to continuously improve production processes, increase efficiency and reduce production losses. You will drive process improvements and collaborate with the production team to implement Lean Manufacturing techniques.

You will manage projects, monitor parameters, and maintain documentation while cooperating with external suppliers to develop new technical solutions. The role offers private medical care, Multisport card, and training subsidies, with a rate

Qualifications

University degree in a technical field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and practical experience implementing them.
Very good command of English.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to cooperate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

Drive continuous improvement of production processes.
Implement process optimizations together with the production team.
Implement Lean Manufacturing techniques and process optimization tools.
Independently manage projects focused on improving production efficiency and reducing losses.
Cooperate with external suppliers to develop and implement new technical solutions.
Monitor and control process parameters.
Manage and maintain process documentation.
