Job summary

OPmobility is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize assembly line processes and support continuous improvement in a dynamic electronics production environment. You will analyze performance, create and update process documentation, and lead root-cause investigations on the line.

The candidate should have a related engineering degree, English at B2, and knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma with basic AutoCAD. We offer a contract, private medical care, life insurance, Multisport, meal subsidies, fruit

Qualifications

• Higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, Mechatronics, Electronics or related fields, or technical education with 2+ years in electronics production.
• English at least B2.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge (basic).
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear communication and proactive approach.
• Strategic thinking and quality orientation.
• Ability to provide feedback and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Optimize assembly line processes and parameters.
• Create and update process documentation.
• Analyze micro-downtime and identify root causes.
• Monitor and analyze assembly line performance.
• Conduct PFMEA for risk assessment.
• Investigate mechanical failures and downtime.
• Provide troubleshooting on the line.
• Implement solutions to improve quality and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with teams to set standards and drive improvements.
