Woodward, Inc. seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production activities in our Poland facility, ensuring safety, efficiency, and alignment with customer and stakeholder expectations.

You will lead a group in electrical and electromechanical manufacturing, implement production plans, and drive lean improvements across processes and tools. Fluent English and Polish are required, with strong problem-solving and communication skills, and willingness to work in a two-shift system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in electrical or electromechanical manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role in manufacturing with LEAN leadership principles.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Management.
• Ability to quickly learn processes, equipment and tools.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports/presentations.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize day-to-day activities.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production activities to ensure efficiency.
• Supervise a group of operational employees in production and indirect support functions.
• Implement, supervise, and execute scheduled production plans.
• Coordinate workload, capacity, and scheduling with teams.
• Develop and maintain staffing requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers to evaluate tools, processes, and lean concepts.
• Lead continuous improvement activities.
• Identify training needs related to safety, quality, and new technologies.
