Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S) in Poland seeks a BCM/TPRM expert to manage third-party risk from a 2nd LoD perspective and to support the BCM framework across international entities.

You will review control questionnaires, assess third-party certifications, guide stakeholders in risk assessments, promote BCM topics through info sessions, and participate in ongoing TPRM enhancements while aligning with regulatory requirements like DORA.

Qualifications

• University degree in Risk Management, Information Security, Audit, Business Continuity or related field.
• Professional experience in Business Continuity Management or similar field.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as DORA.
• Initial experience with external best practice in TPRM for continuity planning.
• Ability to work independently on new TPRM topics and align with BCM framework.
• Fluency in English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Acting as a subject matter expert on BCM risks within the TPRM process, ensuring risks are managed from a 2nd Line of Defence perspective.
• Reviewing control assessment questionnaires from a BCM risk perspective and evaluating third-party certifications.
• Guiding, consulting, and challenging business stakeholders in conducting and documenting risk assessments for third-party relationships.
• Supporting development, enhancement, and maintenance of the TPRM framework to align with regulatory requirements.
• Organizing information sessions for stakeholders involved in BCM and promoting awareness of TPRM lifecycle topics.
