NielsenIQ in Poland, Inflancka office, is seeking a Lead TA Partner to shape and deliver our global hiring strategy. This highly strategic recruiter role targets 5+ years experience, with a focus on AI and emerging technologies to build high-impact teams.

You will advise WEST EU leadership, bringing market expertise, commercial awareness, and forward-looking views on how AI transforms talent and hiring. You will influence stakeholders and drive speed, quality, and a great candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience across global or multi-market hiring.
  • Experience hiring technology/AI or data-driven roles.
  • Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy across key business areas with ownership of delivery.
  • Provide strategic guidance and market intelligence to senior leaders and HR Partners.

Job description

Salary: 107,500 PLN to 153,300 PLN gross per year. Placement within the range will depend on objective criteria including experience, skills, and internal equity considerations. You will act as a trusted advisor to WEST EU leadership, bringing deep market expertise, strong commercial awareness, and a forward-looking perspective on how AI is transforming talent and hiring. Your ability to influence, challenge, and guide stakeholders will be key to driving successful outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Leadend-to-end recruitment strategyacross key business areas, with full ownership of delivery and outcomes
  • Partner closely with senior leaders and HR Business Partners, providingstrategic guidance and market intelligence, particularly within AI and technology talent markets
  • Design and executeinnovative sourcing strategies, leveraging advanced tools, AI-enabled sourcing, and non-traditional channels
  • Act as aconsultant to the business, challenging role design, level calibration, and talent strategy where needed
  • Provide stakeholders with regular updates, actively seeking feedback for continuous improvement while maintaining transparent and effective communication.

  • Knowledgeable in predictive analytics and deep understanding ofmarket dynamics, compensation positioning, and talent trends to drive strategy
  • Advanced sourcing capability, including use ofAI tools, data insights, and creative talent mapping approaches
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance speed, quality, and cost
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and leading through change
  • High adaptability to work across countries and regions outside of Western Europe
