Job summary

Requires medical licensure (MD/DO/NP/PA) and 5+ years in clinical management, with strong GCP/ICH knowledge and effective English communication. This role involves up to moderate travel and close collaboration with sponsors and vendors.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed MD, DO, NP, or PA.
• 5+ years of clinical management experience in clinical research.
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a study team to execute clinical trials in accordance with protocol and SOPs.
• Mentor and train staff on trial conduct, protocol requirements and safety.
• Develop training strategies and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate startup, subject recruitment, regulatory documents, and data entry.
• Monitor adverse events, ensure timely reporting and data quality.
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, CROs and vendors.
