Job summary

Velocity Clinical Research in Poland is seeking a Sub Investigator to oversee the clinical safety of trial participants and ensure accurate data collection. You will support coordinators, principal investigators, and staff while upholding regulatory standards and patient well-being.

The role requires medical licensure (MD/DO/NP/PA) and 5+ years in clinical management within the research industry, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

Must hold a valid medical license (MD/DO/NP/PA) and meet local regulatory requirements.
5+ years of clinical management experience in the clinical research industry.
Proven professionalism, integrity and teamwork in fast-paced environments.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Travel up to 10% as needed for team meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

Lead a study team to execute clinical trials and ensure protocol adherence.
Mentor and train staff in trial conduct, protocol requirements, and regulatory expectations.
Coordinate start-up, vendor management, subject recruitment, and regulatory submissions.
Ensure data quality, timely entries, and resolution of queries in sponsor/CRO systems.
Report adverse events per protocol and Velocity SOPs; maintain confidentiality.
