Job summary

CodiLime is seeking a SONiC Technical Lead to drive end-to-end qualification, bring-up, and shipping of production-grade SONiC releases across diverse data center hardware. The role requires expert C/C++ and Python in Linux, deep networking knowledge (BGP/EVPN/VXLAN), and hands-on work with SWSS, Redis, and SAI.

The team collaborates with global clients, delivering multi-vendor solutions. Flexible hours and options to work remote, hybrid in Warsaw, and strong CI/CD experience are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping production-grade SONiC platforms
• Expert-level hands-on experience with SWSS, syncd, Redis state databases, and SAI
• Strong hands-on engineering skills in C/C++ and Python within Linux environments
• Understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking standards (BGP, EVPN, VXLAN)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end qualification, bring-up, and shipping of robust SONiC releases across physical switch targets in complex data center topologies
• Design, extend, and debug core SONiC subsystems including SWSS, syncd, Redis state databases, and Linux services
• Isolate failures across layers and drive fixes with silicon vendors
• Architect automated regression workflows (Pytest, PTF, sonic-mgmt, Ansible) in CI/CD pipelines
• Mentor team members, conduct code reviews in C/C++ and Python to maintain quality
