Job summary

Sabre Corporation in Kraków seeks a Manager, Software Systems Engineering to lead multiple engineering teams within the Offer Construction domain of the Mosaic program. You will guide design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-native services for airline offer management, pricing, and distribution.

The role requires strong leadership, Agile delivery, and expertise in Java/Kotlin, cloud platforms, and API-driven systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software engineering leadership in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Experience leading distributed teams including external vendors/contractors.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong technical expertise in modern languages (Java, Kotlin) and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with airline/travel/offer domain concepts (NDC/retailing) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• AI enthusiasm and ability to guide AI adoption across products.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple development teams consisting of Sabre employees and contractor partners.
• Drive design, development, and delivery of scalable, cloud-native solutions in Offer Construction.
• Own end-to-end delivery, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines and quality.
• Promote best practices, modern engineering standards, and robust SDLC.
