You will drive agentic AI adoption (Claude Code, Copilot) and own end-to-end features, architecture discussions, and third-party integrations across a distributed team in multiple time zones.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of hands-on software development experience, with time spent leading or mentoring other engineers.

• Hands-on software development in .NET/C# and SQL Server, across monorepo and Registry Hub services.
• Lead architecture and design discussions, making pragmatic trade-offs and communicating them clearly.
• Own significant features and services end-to-end, from design through delivery and operation.
• Lead product integrations with third-party registries and data sources across multiple countries.
• Drive agentic AI adoption (Claude Code, Copilot) and define prompt engineering practices.
• Line-manage a team of four, including regular one-to-ones and career development.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and customer success to deliver real-world solutions.
• Champion strong engineering practices, CI/CD, testing, and observable deployments.
