Kyndryl is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer in Wroclaw to lead AI deployment projects for customers. You will blend engineering depth with consultative client work, scoping, prototyping, and delivering production-ready agentic AI solutions on-site.

The role emphasizes real-world impact, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing learning within Kyndryl’s AI platforms and frameworks.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
• Hands-on Python development experience and frontend UI tech.
• Experience building AI-based solutions using LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Build autonomous agents using LLMs and planning algorithms.
• Integrate agents into apps, APIs, and workflows.
• Ensure security, reliability, and cost controls for agent ops.
• Collaborate with research, engineering, and product teams.
• Deliver production-ready AI solutions end-to-end.
