Job summary

Seargin in Poland seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect to design and govern scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with business and IT strategy. You will translate Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management requirements into effective SAP designs while leading data integration and governance.

You will mentor developers, collaborate with Global Business teams, ensure compliance with GxP, GDPR, FDA/EMA, and shape technology roadmaps.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience leading SAP S/4HANA solutions at senior level.
Strong knowledge of Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management in SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

Design and govern scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with business and IT strategy.
Translate requirements for Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management into effective SAP designs.
Define data architectures and lead complex integrations across SAP and enterprise tech.
Mentor developers and consultants on architecture and best practices.
Partner with Global Business teams and Product Owners to align priorities with IT solutions.
Ensure compliance with GxP, GDPR, FDA, EMA, and CSV requirements.
