Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, chemistry, or related field.
• 7+ years in Quality Management, automotive industry preferred.
• Certified IATF 16949 Internal Auditor and VDA 6.3 Auditor.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Proven ability to coordinate audits and drive improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain QMS per ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Coordinate certification, surveillance, and audits.
• Manage nonconformities and CAPA.
• Prepare audit documentation.
• Lead internal and layered process audits.
• Develop and supervise QMS documentation.
• Promote quality awareness across the company.
• Support process optimization and cost saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor KPI and drive continuous improvement.
