Fliff is seeking a Python Team Lead to head our Integration team. You will own backend features end-to-end and drive scalable services using Python and Django, while building robust integrations with KYC providers, geolocation services, and payment partners.

You will mentor at least 3 engineers, implement observability, and ensure high reliability through testing and production support. This role is based in Poland and offers a challenging, fast-paced startup environment.

Formación

• At least 5+ years of Python development with API/integration work.
• Experience leading a team of 3+ engineers.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and scalable backend architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for a team.
• Take ownership of backend features from design through deployment and production support.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python/Django services.
• Build integrations with external systems including KYC, geolocation, payments, and other third-party services.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to scope and deliver new integrations.
• Implement observability with monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Write unit and integration tests to improve reliability and coverage.
• Support production issues and participate in on-call rotations.
