You will lead a team, architect scalable Django services, and collaborate with product and engineering to scope new integrations while ensuring observability, testing, and production readiness across

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of development experience with Python, and strong API/integration background.
• Experience leading a team of at least 3 engineers.
• Proven ability to design and maintain scalable backend services in Django.
• Experience with external integrations (KYC, geolocation, payments) and third-party APIs.
• Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, logging, and incident response.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for a team
• Take full ownership of backend features and improvements, from design through implementation, deployment, and production support
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using Python and Django
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems, including KYC, geolocation, and payment partners, and other third-party services
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to scope and deliver new integrations
• Implement observability across integration flows, including monitoring, logging, and alerting
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability, prevent regressions, and improve overall test coverage and testing practices
• Support production issues and participate in on-call rotations
