Fliff Inc in Warszawa, Poland is seeking a Python Team Lead to guide the Integration team. You will own backend features, design scalable services in Python/Django, and build integrations with external systems such as KYC providers, geolocation and payment partners.

You will work closely with product and engineering teams to scope new integrations, implement observability, write tests, and support production operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of development experience with Python and API/integration focus.
• Experience leading a team of at least 3 engineers.
• Strong knowledge of webhooks, callbacks, idempotency and failure handling.
• Experience with observability tools to monitor production integrations.
• Architecture design for highly loaded, scalable systems.
• Understanding of the full SDLC from requirements to deployment.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership for the integration team.
• Own backend features from design through deployment and production support.
• Design, develop and maintain scalable Python/Django services.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems (KYC, geolocation, payments).
• Collaborate with product/engineering to scope and deliver new integrations.
• Implement observability: monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Write unit and integration tests to improve reliability and coverage.
• Support production issues and participate in on-call rotations.
