Location: Kraków (hybrid work - 3 days per week in the office)

Sabre is looking for a Lead Product Owner to own the product direction, roadmap, and delivery for Sabre Hub.

Sabre Hub is a customer-facing access and services platform used by more than 30,000 users across over 400 airline and airport customers. It is the gateway to a broad range of Sabre applications and customer services. Its capabilities include identity and single sign-on, application access, user provisioning, customer content, product configuration, invoice distribution, contractual metrics, release notes, and training content.

This is a hands-on individual-contributor role with responsibility for product direction, customer and stakeholder input, investment recommendations, roadmap, backlog quality, execution support, and product expertise. You will work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Commercial, Sales, Delivery, Customer Care, Security, and customers. The role combines day-to-day product ownership with longer-term work on identity modernization, customer self-service, platform resilience, reporting, and the replacement of legacy capabilities.

The ideal candidate combines strong product judgment, customer focus, and delivery experience with the curiosity and confidence to work effectively with Engineering and Architecture. Deep technical expertise is not required. You should be comfortable discussing identity, platform, security, integration, and modernization trade-offs and helping teams shape practical, scalable solutions.

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications :

  • Significant product-management experience, ideally in enterprise software, digital platforms, identity and access, travel technology, e-commerce, customer platforms, or a similarly complex software domain.
  • Proven ability to own product direction, roadmaps, priorities, and investment recommendations and to translate customer needs, user feedback, product usage, operational risk, technical input, and business goals into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong customer-facing or market-facing experience, including work with customers, prospects, partners, commercial teams, or delivery organizations.
  • The judgment to balance customer commitments, maintenance, defect inflow, security and compliance needs, technical debt, operational resilience, platform modernization, and strategic investment.
  • Ability to partner effectively with Engineering and Architecture on secure, scalable identity, single sign-on, provisioning, application-access, reporting, content, and self-service capabilities while making informed product trade-offs.
  • Strong product-discovery and decision-making skills for complex customer and platform needs, including enterprise integrations, access management, customer administration, release management, and legacy modernization.
  • Strong understanding of agile product delivery, including backlog creation, refinement, prioritization, user stories, acceptance criteria, demos, and acceptance of delivered work.
  • Ability to provide product expertise, timely clarification, and product trade-off decisions to scrum teams throughout delivery.
  • Ability to align product direction with technology strategy, commercial goals, customer commitments, security requirements, and delivery plans.
  • Experience engaging stakeholders through discovery sessions, workshops, roadmap discussions, product reviews, and demos and supporting Sales, Sales Engineering, Delivery, Commercial, and Customer Care with product positioning, solutioning, and product expertise.
  • Strong business orientation, with the ability to use data, customer feedback, and business context to make transparent, evidence-based prioritization and investment recommendations.
  • A self-directed, ownership-oriented approach. You can identify gaps and opportunities, take action without waiting for detailed direction, manage competing priorities, build trust across geographically distributed teams, and create clarity in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to present, facilitate decisions, tell a clear product story, and demonstrate technology to audiences at all levels.
  • A curious, proactive, and pragmatic mindset, with the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively and move complex decisions forward.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Aviation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Have

The following experience and knowledge are useful but not required:

  • Experience with identity and access management, authentication, single sign-on, user provisioning, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or enterprise application-access products.
  • Experience with airline, airport, travel technology, customer platforms, airline e-commerce, or travel-retailing products.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS products that support large customer organizations, delegated administration, role-based access, or complex entitlement models.
  • Experience with API products, enterprise integrations, cloud-native services, modern web applications, or legacy-modernization programs.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, event-driven architectures, cloud platforms, containerized services, and modern web application architectures.
  • Experience with security, PCI, privacy, resilience, disaster recovery, or other requirements common to enterprise platforms.
  • Experience building business cases and delivery plans for platform modernization, technical-debt reduction, or replacement of legacy capabilities.
  • Demonstrated interest in or experience using generative AI and automation to improve product analysis, discovery, planning, communication, delivery quality, customer support, or team productivity.
  • Experience working directly with full-service carriers, low-cost carriers, airports, travel agencies, or travel-management companies.
Personal attributes
  • Curious, proactive, and technically interested.
  • Driven by outcomes, customer value, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Willing to learn unfamiliar product and technical areas and ask the questions needed to make sound decisions.
  • Structured and pragmatic, with the ability to create clarity when requirements, ownership, or priorities are unclear.
  • Comfortable challenging assumptions and making informed trade-offs.
  • A strong collaborator who builds trust across teams and levels of the organization.
  • Customer-focused and commercially aware, with an interest in identity, digital platforms, and travel technology.
