Job summary

Bosch is recruiting a Lead Product Manager for MyComputer to shape a large digital workplace product used by hundreds of thousands globally. You will own the strategy, lifecycle, and performance, balancing customer value with cost, and coordinating across global teams and external providers.

You will drive forward-looking planning, modernisation, automation, and portfolio decisions, while strengthening Product Management practices and ensuring a consistent user experience across markets and

Qualifications

Experience managing complex products through strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and performance.
Ability to translate customer problems into product outcomes and actionable plans.
Experience defining and using product KPIs for decision-making and value realization.
Strong business sense with ability to evaluate risks, investments, and costs.
Influence without direct reporting lines to drive progress across teams.
Collaboration with stakeholders from business, tech, finance, ops, procurement or service delivery.
Data-informed approach to planning, forecasting, and performance improvement.
Global collaboration experience across cultures/time zones.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Identify customer needs and translate into valuable product outcomes.
Prioritize initiatives by user value, impact, feasibility, risk, and cost.
Develop planning assumptions for lifecycle, sourcing, and investments.
Lead product evolution, including modernization, automation, and lifecycle optimization.
Define KPIs and measure adoption, service quality, and value realization.
Monitor performance and forecast accuracy; coordinate corrective actions.
Promote high-quality user experiences across markets and units.
Coordinate decisions across global matrix organisations.
Manage relationships with internal partners and external providers.
Support development of Product Management capabilities across End Device Products.
