Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Lead Product Manager for MyComputer to shape one of its largest digital workplace products. You will own the strategy, performance, and lifecycle, connecting customer needs with business priorities in a global setting.

You will collaborate across End Device Products, drive planning assumptions, and lead initiatives spanning modernization, sourcing, and hardware lifecycle optimization to deliver value for thousands of users worldwide.

Qualifications

Experience managing complex products across their lifecycle.
Ability to translate customer problems into product outcomes.
Experience using product KPIs to support decision-making.
Strong business understanding including risks, investments, costs and trade-offs.
Ability to align across multiple teams without direct reporting relationships.
Collaboration with stakeholders from business, technology, finance, operations, procurement or service delivery.
Structured, data-informed approach to planning, forecasting and performance improvement.
Ability to work effectively in a global environment and across cultures/time zones.
Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve the product vision, strategy and roadmap.
Lead product evolution with service modernization, automation, and lifecycle optimization.
Define meaningful product KPIs and monitor adoption, quality, and value realization.
Coordinate decisions across business, technology, finance, operations, procurement and service teams.
Ensure alignment and clear prioritization of responsibilities and outcomes.
Manage relationships with internal partners and external service providers.
