Job summary

Ramboll is seeking an experienced engineer to lead onshore/offshore pipeline and cable projects within a growing energy transition portfolio. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, contribute to FEED and detailed design, and engage with clients across global projects.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work within a foundation-owned, collaborative culture. Polish fluency is valued for local engagement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in onshore/offshore pipeline engineering or energy infrastructure projects.
• MSc in an engineering discipline.
• Fluent English; confident Polish for professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on onshore/offshore pipeline or windfarm cable projects, including routing and design.
• Develop engineering studies, calculations, specifications, reports, and design philosophies.
• Support project delivery from feasibility through FEED, detailed design, construction, commissioning and operation.
• Coordinate with civil, geotechnical, environmental, GIS, O&M and electrical specialists.
• Lead projects or discipline work packages and project teams as appropriate.
• Support tenders, business development activities and client engagement.
• Collaborate with Ramboll's global organisation to deliver high-quality solutions.
