Siemens Energy seeks a lead for PCB-based development from concept to production, translating requirements into robust, manufacturable designs. The role spans prototype assembly, testing, and validation with internal and external partners, while evaluating emerging technologies and competitive solutions.

Qualifications

• Masters in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field.
• Experience in development and production of PCB-based (power) electronic components/systems.
• Knowledge of PCB development standards, guidelines and procedures.
• Understanding of PCB boundary conditions (power, voltage, current, temperature) and future technologies.
• Experience with laboratory measurement equipment (function generator, oscilloscope, high-performance probes, impedance analyzer).

Responsabilités

• Lead PCB-based development projects from concept to production.
• Develop PCB-based solutions meeting requirements and manufacturability.
• Create and implement PCB designs from technical drawings.
• Assemble, test, and validate PCB prototypes.
• Prepare technical documentation and specifications.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders evaluating new technologies and competitors.
